Just keep in mind that orders are picked up on designated delivery days at 6 p.m., so no matter when you order during the week, it'll be ready for you on the next scheduled delivery. The earlier you order, the more time you have to plan for your cravings!
All orders are available for pickup at Vista Grande on delivery days at 6 p.m. Whether you ordered early in the week or minutes before the deadline, your food will be waiting for you at 6 p.m. sharp!

Your payment is securely handled through Stripe, the same trusted platform used by companies like Amazon, Shopify, and Lyft. Once your payment is complete, we'll send a confirmation email with all your order details, so you're all set for the next pickup!
Unfortunately, no. As much as we'd love to accept dining dollars, this is an independent operation, and we can only take payments online. You'll have to save those dining dollars for the campus food, but we promise our menu is worth it!
Running late? No problem! We'll keep your order ready for pickup at Vista Grande until 6:30 p.m. If you miss that window, we'll hold it for you until 11:59 p.m. and reach out to let you know where to collect it. Just make sure to grab it by then, so you don't miss out!
